All the packages listed below are designed for children from 3.5 months to 7 years old.

• First night live support at bedtime via text messaging (I stay awake with you until your baby falls asleep the first night!)
• 3 phone calls to review sleep plan and progress while sleep training
• 2 weeks of sleep training with daytime text messaging support (9am-5pm) 

• 1:1 Support Call (60min): $90 CAD
• Overnight texting support (first night only):

                     *10pm to 2am - $360 CAD

                     *10pm to 6am - $720 CAD
